UKTV has commissioned the 10-part series Rochelle Humes: Interior Designer in the Making for its premium channel W from Outline Productions.

The series is partly funded by home improvement business Wickes and will be distributed worldwide by Blue Ant International. It’s currently available for pre-sales.

In each hour-long episode, Humes (pictured) will help families transform their homes “fit for the post-pandemic world.”

Viewers will see the English singer and TV presenter learn the highs and lows that go with this new territory while studying an interior design course and being mentored by a designer, all while juggling life as a mom of three.

Rochelle Humes: Interior Designer in the Making is commissioned for UKTV by Kirsty Hanson, commissioning editor, with Hilary Rosen, head of factual and factual entertainment, and ordered by Adam Collings, channel director for W.

The series is executive produced by Laura Mansfield, Michelle Fobler and Helen Veale and series produced by Kyle Prince for Outline Productions (a Tin Roof Media company).

Other UKTV Originals for W include Extreme Food Phobics with Dr Ranj Singh, Nurses Down Under, produced by ITV Studios Australia, and the recently announced series with Emma Willis and AJ Odudu, Emma and AJ Get To Work.
