B17 Entertainment, an Industrial Media company, is expanding its creative team with the addition of Emmy-nominated executive producer and showrunner Aliyah Silverstein as SVP of current programming.
The company, which produced HBO Max’s Baketopia and Craftopia, also signed an overall deal with Colin Hargraves (pictured right) to executive produce multiple series.
She has worked across a multitude of genres and platforms, developing projects for Fox, Fremantle, Banijay, UCP, MTV, Endemol and Authentic Entertainment. Her other career highlights include Hell’s Kitchen, Wife Swap, Temptation Island, Trading Spaces and Behind the Music.
Hargraves, meanwhile, is a writer, director, editor and producer with more than 18 years of industry experience.
He has been a frequent collaborator with B17, having developed and showrun multiple series including Here for It with Avani Gregg for Facebook Watch, The Great Gift Exchange for YouTube Originals, Ruth and Ruby’s Ultimate Sleepover for Disney Channel, and Nail the Look, Fashion 5 Ways and Fright Club for Snap.
He also served as co-EP for A&E’s Duck Dynasty.
Hargraves began his career working for MTV and VH1, and has directed and produced several wildlife documentaries and docuseries for the National Geographic, History, Animal Planet and Discovery channels.
