Discovery has commissioned a raft of lifestyle and paranormal series for its British free-to-air channel Really.
Produced by Hello Mary, Trapped Underground is an eight-part series following a paranormal team as they hunt for ghostly activity below ground, while a support team monitors the investigation.
Rounding out the paranormal slate is Tern TV’s ten-parter Spooked: Scotland, in which Gail Porter leads a paranormal team to investigate supernatural sightings and scary stories from Scotland. The team has three days to crack the country’s hauntings.
On the lifestyle front, Dales for Sale (pictured), produced by Air TV, follows an independent estate agent in The Yorkshire Dales as they seek out and sell properties from tumbledown shepherd’s cottages to a luxuriously converted Victorian school.
The Big Clean with Jo & Al (w/t) sees two best friends, Jo Cooke and Al Law transform homes and lives with a deep clean. The ten-episode series produced by Angel Eye Media.
Finally, a surge of dog adoptions during the pandemic inspired a reboot of It’s Me or The Dog, set to debut this fall. Produced by Ricochet, part of Warner Bros. International TV, it will feature the series’ original dog trainer, Victoria Stilwell, as she helps dog owners in desperate need of her support.
