The World Congress of Science and Factual Producers is history for another year, as is the second edition of its awards program, the Buzzies.

These awards, celebrating excellence in science and factual storytelling, were presented in 14 different categories and were announced over the course of this year’s Congress, taking place online from November 30 to December 2. A total of 72 projects were shortlisted from 154 submissions, and 10 Buzzies were then awarded.

Winners received free registration for Congress ’22, set to take place in Glasgow, and a signature award statue. Many Buzzies submissions and nominees will be available to view on the WCSFP online platform until January 31, 2022.
