Actor and comedian Colin Mochrie will host the 12th annual Realscreen Awards this year.

The Realscreen Awards honor outstanding content from around the world in the non-fiction and unscripted entertainment industry. The awards will be held virtually on February 11.

Mochrie, an alumnus of Toronto’s famous Second City comedy troupe, is perhaps best known for his 14 years as a regular on the British and American versions of the improv comedy series Whose Line Is It Anyway?. He currently performs on the CW network reboot of the classic series.

Mochrie was also a cast member of CBC’s parody news series This Hour Has 22 Minutes from 2001 to 2003. He also produced, wrote and starred in the CBC series Getting Along Famously with his wife, Debra McGrath.

Currently, Mochrie is also part of a tour with Whose Line castmate Brad Sherwood, performing live improv comedy across North America.
