UK factual prodco Red Sauce, part of Zinc Media Group, has made three new appointments across development and production management.

Jess Mitchell joins the label as development producer, while Jack Dargov has been named to the position of development senior assistant producer and Nikki Nerini-Hobbs has been appointed production executive.

Mitchell (pictured left) joins Red Sauce with a blend of production and development experience on such series as Cardiff Productions’ We Are Black and British for BBC Two and Fremantle-owned Naked’s The Rap Game for BBC Three, as well as several commissions for Channel 4 while she was an assistant producer at TwoFour Group. She also previously worked as a development producer at BBC Studios.

Dargov (pictured center) brings experience working in development at indies including Label1 and Crackit Productions. He’s been involved in more than 10 commissions in the past year, including E4′s Send Nudes and ITV’s The Social Media Murders.

The Manchester-based Nerini-Hobbs (pictured right) first worked with Red Sauce in 2021 as a line producer for the company’s Channel 5 daytime commission Bargain Loving Brits in the Sun. With over 15 years in production management, she has worked on a range of factual programming for UK and U.S. broadcasters, including Long Lost Family (ITV), Becoming You (AppleTV+), First Civilizations (PBS) and Catching Britain’s Killers: The Crimes That Changed Us (BBC Two).
