CNBC has greenlit a new primetime series from producer and MGM Television chairman Mark Burnett about everyday entrepreneurs looking to buy a business.

Business Hunters will see RSE Ventures co-founder and CEO Matt Higgins and business broker and entrepreneur Mayumi Muller guide aspiring small-business owners as they decide between potential businesses that are up for sale. It will also include live interactive play-along elements and other engagement opportunities for viewers.

“This will be unlike any show I’ve ever done in the business space, because for the first time the buyers are everyday people, just like the viewer at home,” Burnett said in a news release.

The series, which is scheduled to premiere this fall, is produced by MGM Television and Evolution Media, with Burnett serving as executive producer alongside Barry Poznick, Douglas Ross, Alex Baskin, Jen McClure-Metz, Matt Higgins, Eric Van Wagenen and Vanessa Ballesteros. Timothy Kuryak is executive producing for CNBC.
