Disney-owned National Geographic is set to debut two culinary series this summer, with one being a spin-off of an existing Gordon Ramsay series for the channel.

Gordon Ramsay: Uncharted Showdown sees the celebrity chef go up against three individuals who are close to him — UK star chefs Paul Ainsworth and Matt Waldron, who began their careers in Ramsay’s kitchens, and his own daughter and cookbook author, Tilly — over the span of three episodes, with the finale taking place in Costa Rica.

The four-part World of Flavor with Big Moe Cason is also making its debut this summer. The series, first unveiled last August, follows the U.S. Navy veteran and champion BBQ pitmaster as he travels around the world to create mouth-watering meals for the locals.

Both series debut on July 25.

Gordon Ramsay: Uncharted Showdown is produced by Studio Ramsay Global for National Geographic. For Studio Ramsay Global, executive producers are Gordon Ramsay, Lisa Edwards, Tom Willis and Jon Kroll. For National Geographic, Betsy Forhan is executive producer.

World of Flavor with Big Moe Cason is produced by Hit + Run for National Geographic. For Hit + Run, executive producers are Rob Shaftel and Elizabeth Ashe and co-executive producers are Matt Koed and Noah Korn. For National Geographic, Sean David Johnson is executive producer.
