Myvideorights.com (MVR), the independent rights management company, has announced the appointment of Ian Samuel as its UK advertising sales director. Samuel previously served as the UK sales director for online video search engine Blinkx.com. His new duties include building and delivering online sales, with a particular focus on in-stream advertising and sponsorships. He will also build an advertising sales team to support the company's rapid growth.
