Helping unscripted talent break big

Joining the alternative and factual programming department at Independent Artist Group (IAG) forerunner APA in 2016, Anthony DiBiase has grown a voluminous portfolio in the unscripted space, representing clients that include Emmy-winning documentary filmmakers, Oscar-nominated prodcos, top unscripted showrunners and even some notable reality-TV onscreen "villains." Among the many clients he has helped scale the production ladder to take the con as showrunners are Erin Foye, current chief of Hulu's The Kardashians, for whom he was able to leverage a development deal for her own project based on her performance on that hit series.

Other titles his clients have worked on include Summer House (Bravo), 60 Days In (A&E), RuPaul's Drag Race (Paramount+) and Love Island (Peacock). AT

What's your most significant career achievement to date?

"It's hard to pinpoint a specific career achievement, but I feel the most pride in my work when I've secured clients jobs that are transformative to their career. Whether it's getting a client their first crack at showrunning, or breaking a tenured showrunner into a new hot genre they've never worked in, those are the moments that stick with me the most."
