Libel case dropped against C4’s ‘The Jacksons Are Coming’

A man featured in Channel 4's 2008 documentary The Jacksons Are Coming, which featured Michael Jackson's family moving to Devon, has dropped his libel suit against the channel. Matt Fiddes, who acted as a fixer to the Jacksons, originally claimed that the Studio Lambert documentary was faked. Fiddes has withdrawn his allegations. Channel 4 has spent £1.7m defending itself.
