What changes would you like to see, and help create, in the industry?

"I want to help create an environment where my clients feel protected and supported in taking big swings with new projects, diversify their slates, and pushing forward stories that will connect with viewers. I also want to continue to champion new voices and creators trying to break into factual and unscripted programming and work to help those individuals develop new and exciting formats."
