UK distrib ITV Global Entertainment and new indie Blink Films have inked an exclusive output agreement. The deal gives the distrib all rights to shows produced by Blink, which was set up by Dan Chambers and Justine Kershaw in May 2007. Blink has had 15 programs on-air in its first year and is now expanding its portfolio into factual entertainment.
