Toronto-based production and distribution company Temple Street Productions Inc. announced that Allen Novak will be joining them as vice-president of factual and reality. Novak’s 25 years of experience include launching Indivisual Productions, the prodco behind cooking series Loving Spoonfuls. Novak’s new duties include creating reality and factual programs, and producing and delivering them. He will also be working with Temple Street’s new partners, BBC Worldwide, to develop TV formats for worldwide distribution and adapt BBC-owned formats to the Canadian market.
