Gilmore moves from Sundance to Tribeca

Sundance Film Festival director Geoff Gilmore announced he is leaving his post at the festival to join to Tribeca. Gilmore will leave Sundance on February 28, 2009 to take the role of chief creative officer for Tribeca Enterprises. Prior to his 19 year run at Sundance, Gilmore was head of the UCLA Film and Television Archive's Programming Department. In his role at Tribeca, Gilmore will be responsible for the global content strategy and expansion of the brand.
