The first edition of the Chicago International Music and Movie Festival starts March 5, 2009 and the festival has announced the Chicago premiere of Ashes of American Flags, the Wilco tour doc by Christoph Green and Brendan Canty. The festival will also present the world premiere of 16 Days in China, the directorial debut of musician Martin Atkins (Public Image Ltd., Pigface, Nine Inch Nails) about the musical underground in China.
