DCD Media announces the creation of a new joint venture production company with Scottish program makers. The new factual prodco, Matchlight, will be jointly owned by DCD Media and six big names in Scottish production including International Emmy award winning documentarian Ross Wilson. David Smith will serve as the managing director of Matchlight, coming to the new prodco from IWC Media where he was head of business and legal affairs. For more information see the release.
