The government initiative twofour54 Abu Dhabi - named after the geographical coordinates of Abu Dhabi - will have its debut appearance at MIPTV. It was created to stimulate Arabic content creation in the media and entertainment sector, by providing a 'collaborative campus' where media companies can work together with Abu Dhabi on film, broadcast, digital, gaming, publishing and music projects.
