Former director of program at Twofour Broadcast, Joe Houlihan, has come on board at Cineflix as senior vice president of programming. He will report to president of programming Simon Lloyd, and will be a major player in consolidating the company's recent growth and expanding its production slate, especially in factual entertainment and entertainment. Houlihan will work across the UK, US and Canada.
