The San Joaquin Film Society has announced the global call for entries for the third annual San Joaquin International Film Festival. Held from February 20 to 27, 2010 in Stockton, California, filmmakers and producers have an early deadline of September 25, a primary deadline of October 2 and a late deadline of October 9.
