AGICOA, the Geneva-based collective rights management organization for television, has announced the appointment of Paul Duggan as CEO. Most recently Duggan was CEO of consultancy firm Intermedia Partners. AGICOA organizes the international collection of rights payments from the re-transmission of programming on cable and satellite.
