UKTV appoints Catherine Mackin as director of program acquisitions

UKTV has announced the addition of Catherine Mackin as director of program acquisitions. Mackin joins the company from her position of acting director of emerging markets, EMEA at BBC Worldwide. She has also held positions at TV3 Ireland, Bravo, HomeChoice and UKTV back in 2000/2001. Mackin will report to controller Matthew Littleford and executive director, commercial, Keith Porritt when she starts her new job in August.
