Discovery Communications announced the launch of an iPhone and iPod touch application today. The Discovery Channel App features a collection of clips from the network's most popular shows including MythBusters, Dirty Jobs and Deadliest Catch. It also offers quizzes, photo galleries, programming schedules, updates from Discovery News and links to purchase Discovery's programs at the iTunes Store. The Discovery Channel App is available for free at the App Store.
