Ex Zodiak exec launches distrib at MIP

David Cornwall, ex-senior executive for Zodiak Entertainment, will be launching specialist prodco and content distributor at MIPCOM 2009. The new company aims to exploit culturally diverse content for the international market. Scorpion TV has struck representation deals with producers on both sides of the Atlantic to bring a slate full of series and one-offs - including an hour long special on Barack Obama from On the Potomac Productions from the U.S. and This is My Country Too about Australia's Intervention Laws from Rice N Peas Films in the UK - to MIP.
