NFB Images joins Footage.net

The National Film Board's archival footage library and licensing division, NFB Images, has added its entire English database to Footage.net's search platform. The agreement expands the library's reach in the global marketplace. The addition is part of the NFB's strategy to make more of its collection available online, which includes the NFB iPhone app that was made available last month. All of the shots in NFB Images are selected from award-winning documentary rushes and 80% of the collection originated in either 16mm or 35mm film.
