ITV1 Daytime commissions new fact ent from ITV Studios

ITV1 Daytime has commissioned two new factual entertainment formats from ITV Studios Factual. Auction Party (5 x 1 hour) and Country House Cooking Contest (5 x 1 hour) were both commissioned by Jo Clinton-Davis, controller of popular factual at ITV, and Alison Sharman, ITV director of factual and daytime. Auction Party sees regular folks setting up auctions in their own dwellings under the tutelage of auctioneer Tom Keane, while Country House Cooking Contest plants six people in the kitchen of a country estate, to whip up meals for black tie dinners and other occasions. Both series are exec produced by Nell Butler (Come Dine with Me) and produced by ITV Studios [UK] Factual London.
