Tribute to Roy Disney

The Orlando Sentinel gives a warm tribute to Roy E. Disney, Walt's nephew, who passed away on December 16. He worked in the family business, namely on the nature documentaries Walt Disney's True-Life Adventures, which won eight Academy Awards. The series included 1948's Seal Island, 1953's The Living Desert and Prowler of the Everglades and Beaver Valley. He has been called being the 'real guardian of the Disney legacy'.

He worked in the family business, namely on the nature documentaries Walt Disney’s True-Life Adventures, which won eight Academy Awards.
