Discovery Asia-Pacific launches new channels in India

Discovery Networks Asia-Pacific is launching Discovery Science and Discovery Turbo in India. Broadcast in English, the two new 24-hour networks will air on the Tata Sky DTH platform to start and will soon become available on both analog and digital platforms across the country. Discovery currently has three other networks in India which reach 116 million cumulative subscribers: Discovery Channel, Discovery Travel & Living and Animal Planet. Those three channels feature programming in English, Hindi and Tamil.
