London-based international distributor DCD Rights is unveiling a slate of new factual programming from the U.S. and UK for the first time at MIPTV. Included on the slate are The World of Jenks, a 12×30-minute HD verite series following American filmmaker Andrew Jenks as he lives with strangers in an attempt to ‘walk a mile in their shoes.’ The series, produced by MTV and Jenks himself, will premiere on MTV in summer 2010. Also on the slate is Heavy Haulers, a 4×60-minute HD series by Windfall Films which follows the dangerous lives of the Patterson family, operators of a superstructure moving company. It follows Jeremy and Tanya Patterson and their kids Greg (12) and Ashley (9) as they move mansions, trains, planes, churches and ships across America, all in one piece. DCD is also bringing all eight seasons of September Films’ Bridezillas to MIPTV.
