FremantleMedia has taken a 100% stake in Netherlands-based indie FourOne Media. The deal adds scale to the production company's Dutch production arm Blue Circle and expands its catalog into drama, fiction and sitcoms. Willem Zijlstra will join as MD for both FourOne Media and Blue Circle, and will report to Monica Galer, head of Northern and Southern Europe, FremantleMedia.
