PBS president and CEO Paula Kerger named opening keynote at Banff

The CBC Opening Keynote speaker at the Banff World Television Festival has been named as Paula A. Kerger, president and CEO of the Public Broadcasting Service. The keynote on June 14 will see Kerger interviewed by the CBC's EVP of English services, Richard Strusberg. Kerger became president and CEO of PBS in 2006, and has led the company to a leading multi-platform company. Kerger has also been named in the Hollywood Reporter's 'Women in Entertainment Power 100' for the past three years.
