David Suzuki doc to premiere at TIFF

Force of Nature: The David Suzuki Movie will have its world premiere at the 35th edition of the Toronto International Film Festival.

Force of Nature: The David Suzuki Movie will have its world premiere at the 35th edition of the Toronto International Film Festival. The film, directed by Sturla Gunnarsson, combines footage from the 75-year-old scientist/environmentalist’s ‘legacy lecture’ with candid interviews to provide a revealing portrait of the Nature of Things host. Also coming to TIFF this year is a restored, restruck version of Allan King’s A Married Couple, a Canadian classic and one of the most celebrated examples of cinema-verité.
