Armoza Formats and the international Contech 2010 exhibition will collaborate in Formagination 2010, a TV format contest which will be held as part of the Contech 2010 Technology and New Media Conference in Tel Aviv. The contest is open to broadcasters, producers and creators from all over the world with an idea for a new TV format. The contest is held in conjunction with France’s TF1, Dutch channel Ned3, and Italy’s Mediaset Group. The winning format will be awarded international distribution by Armoza Formats, developers of the idea for the contest, as well as a potential agreement with the participating broadcasting entities that has earmarked $50,000 for format development and production. Those intending to enter should send ideas that can work across platforms. The dealine for submissions is Oct. 15, 2010. For more info, visit //formagination.contech2010.com.
