Lifetime is bringing the popular British format The Fairy Jobmother featuring ‘international career specialist’ Hayley Taylor to American audiences on Oct. 28. The series, produced by Undercover Boss prodco Studio Lambert, puts Taylor in contact with ‘severely job-challenged families’ that need her straight-ahead, tough love tactics to get back into the job force. Audiences will get a sneak peek at the series following Project Runway‘s season eight finale on Oct. 28, with the rest of the eight-episode run beginning on Nov. 4 at 9pm EST.
