Barbie-branded reality web series coming to Hulu

Even dolls are getting into the reality game. The Barbie brand, in partnership with Hudsun Media, is bringing Genuine Ken: The Search for the Great American Boyfriend, to Hulu, premiering January 18, 2011. The digital competition reality series, hosted by Whitney Port will run for eight, 22-minute episodes. In the series, eight men, aged 21-30, will compete for the title of 'The Great American Boyfriend,' with the contestants undergoing a series of elimination challenges ranging from surfing competitions to talent and fashion challenges. Shot in New York and Los Angeles, the series will make use of several, as-yet-unnamed, celebrity judges.
