Strix goes back to ‘The Farm’ for Canal Caracol

Scandinavian prodco and formats business Strix Television has licensed its format The Farm for a second series on Canal Caracol, to be produced by Colombian television production company BE-TV. The reality competition show format is hosted by Colombian celebrities Natalia Paris and Mauricio Velez and takes six women and six men and makes them survive as farmers for ten weeks, without running water, electricity or telephones. The elimination game ends with one competitor being named 'Farmer of the Year.' The format is distributed in Latin America by 2waytraffic International, a Sony Pictures Entertainment Company.
