Members of the cast of MTV’s hit series Jersey Shore and celebrity chef Chuck Hughes are among the unscripted stars that will be on hand at MIPTV this April.

On Monday, April 2, Jersey Shore kids Deena Nicole Cortese and Vinny Guadagnino will join MTV’s EVP of programming and head of production Chris Linn and Caroline Beaton, SVP of international program sales for Viacom International Media Networks, to give delegates an inside look at the series, which is produced for MTV by 495 Productions. The fifth season will debut on the cable network in March.

Meanwhile, Beyond Distribution is bringing Chuck Hughes to the Croisette in support of two new shows, Chuck’s Week Off: Mexico and Chuckmas. The Canadian TV chef will be on hand at an invite-only cocktail soirée on April 2, where guests can sample some of his culinary creations.

Hughes entered the TV world with the show Chuck’s Day Off, which airs in the United States on the Cooking Channel and in more than 20 countries globally. It’s now in its third season.

Chuck’s Week Off: Mexico is an 8 x 30-minute, part cooking, part travel series that follows Hughes as he explores Mexico’s culinary scene, while Chuckmas is a one-hour holiday special. All three titles are produced by Montreal’s Whalley-Abbey Media.
