Studio Lambert’s Baldwin joins Outline Productions

Studio Lambert’s former head of format development Shona Baldwin is joining UK indie Outline Productions as head of development.

Baldwin was part of the teams behind Channel 4′s Gogglebox and NBC’s Million Second Quiz, and also developed series including The Insider (BBC3 and TNT) and The Great Interior Design Challenge (BBC2). Prior to joining Studio Lambert, she was a producer-director at ITV Studios.

London-based Outline is responsible for formats such as Tom Kerridge’s Proper Pub Food (BBC 2), Health Freaks (Channel 4) and Great British Garden Revival (BBC 2).

“Outline has a reputation for punching above its weight, working with major name talent and coming up with ambitious and innovative ideas to beat bigger and more established players to win commissions,” said Baldwin in a statement.

Laura Mansfield, managing director of Outline Productions, added: “This year as we look to widen our broadcaster base, particularly in the U.S., Shona’s creativity, passion and international experience in developing high impact formats will be invaluable.”
