Multimedia entertainment studio Electus has sold dating format Girl Get Your Mind Right (pictured) to Italian commercial channel Italia1, which will produce a local version of the show.

The DiGa Vision-made Girl Get Your Mind Right, which launched on MTV last May, follows a dating expert who helps young women with relationship issues. Italia1 will air 33 episodes of its own version, which will be titled Come Mi Vorrei and produced by Ambra Banijay Italy.

“We are thrilled with the response we have received for a dating format fit for the 21st century which is relatable to young people everywhere with the explosion of online dating and social media,” says Cyrus Farrokh, VP of Electus International and head of sales for Italy.
