HGTV has greenlit four home renovation series.

Flipping Virgins (working title), Old Home Love (working title), Restoring Victoria (working title) and Flipping Moms are all reality shows based on either restoration or home-flipping and the theme of reviving or improving neighborhoods.

Flipping Virgins will follow property expert Egypt Sherrod (pictured) as she trains first-timers in the art of buying and reselling homes; while Old Home Love is about a Utah couple, Andy and Candis Meredith, who restore houses built in the 1800s to their former glory.

Restoring Victoria stars New Jersey-based teacher and single mom Shalina Joy as she spends her summer vacation turning a mansion from the 1900s into her family home.

Finally, Flipping Moms will follow authors and mom bloggers Jen Pate and Barb Machen as they balance flipping homes with raising their families.
