London-based producer-distributor Boulder Creek International (BCI) has sold its factual series Lift Off (pictured) and Losing Traction to RTL CBS Asia Entertainment.

The Asian broadcaster picked up the Go Big Project-produced docuseries for its channels RTL CBS Entertainment HD and RTL CBS Extreme HD, and plans to air the 4K-shot series across its networks in Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Indonesia and Thailand later this year.

Lift Off (26 x 30 minutes) showcases the lives of two elite athletes as they swap pursuits to explore each other’s sport, while Losing Traction (13 x 30 minutes) follows underfunded professional drift racer Matt Field in a David and Goliath-like tale as his team struggles to make an impact in the world of Formula Drift.

The deal was brokered by BCI sales exec Pamela Martinez Martinez.
