TLC jumps for “Late Night Joy”

The Discovery Communications-owned entertainment and lifestyle net has ordered the weekly party series Late Night Joy (pictured) from True Entertainment and JoyBee Productions.

U.S. net TLC has ordered a weekly party-themed series titled Late Night Joy (pictured; working title) from True Entertainment and host Joy Behar’s JoyBee Productions.

Each week, comedian and The View co-host Behar will throw a late-night house party in her New York City apartment with some of her closest friends. Together, the group will drink and gab about the latest gossip with a celebrity guest list that includes Theresa Caputo, Wendy Williams, Don Lemon, Sherri Shepherd and Colin Quinn.

With no conversation off-limits, Behar and her guests discuss such contemporary issues as whether dating apps are ruining the chance of true love; keeping secrets from your significant other; and the effect of political correctness on comedy.

Late Night Joy will premiere on November 4 at 11 p.m. EST/PST on TLC.
