A+E Networks-owned History has set a premiere date for the Outpost Entertainment-made automotive series Car Hunters.

Each episode of the series, which follows individuals searching to buy their dream cars, features a new buyer accompanied by a friend or family member as they inspect three unique vehicles and hit the road for a test drive.

Featured buyers on the series include an empty nester aiming to recapture youth with a car from his glory days; a father and son duo looking for a car to bond over; a former correctional officer searching for a classic convertible; and a life-long fan of low-riders who is looking to finally buy one of his own.

Car Hunters is set to premiere April 26 at 10 p.m. EST/PST across History, following the premiere of the latest season of the American version of Top Gear.

Jodi Flynn, David George, Shawn Witt and Matt Braley serve as executive producers for Outpost, alongside co-executive producer Sean Moran. Russ McCarroll and Ed de Rivaz are listed as executive producers for History.
