Tony Nguyen (left) and Jason Brewer (right) have been promoted to co-heads of development for Seattle-headquartered Screaming Flea Productions.

Nguyen joined the Hoarders prodco a year ago as a director of development following a stint in development at Spike. He will continue to run the company’s development arm in Los Angeles.

Brewer, meanwhile, worked in production with various prodcos, including Screaming Flea, in a freelance capacity on shows for such nets as HGTV, Discovery and A&E, before also joining its staff as director of development in April of last year.

“Jason and Tony will build on our history of developing breakthrough shows like Hoarders and I’m looking forward to their leadership bringing us more success,” said Screaming Flea productions co-president Dave Severson in a statement.
