Former Shine France chief operating officer Bouchra Réjani has joined French indie Federation Entertainment to launch WeMake, a prodco focused on unscripted, scripted and digital content.

Prior to her new venture with Federation, Réjani oversaw the strategic business development, as well as the commercial and production departments for Shine France.

During her seven-year tenure, Shine France produced localized adaptations of such global formats as MasterChefThe VoiceOne Born Every MinuteSupernanny and Best Bakery. The company also launched original unscripted content that included The Big Music Quiz and Prodigies

“Federation has built strong ties with the market’s top platforms in the U.S. and Europe, and this is why I’m delighted to support Bouchra’s efforts with WeMake to create new formats for both French broadcasters and international platforms,” said Pascal Breton, CEO, Federation Entertainment, in a statement.
