AMC Networks has set its senior programming leadership team.

Eliot Goldberg (pictured), has been elevated from his post to become EVP of non-fiction programming for AMC and SundanceTV. With the newly expanded title, he will continue to develop programming for the networks and the company’s studio business.

Goldberg, previously SVP of non-fiction programming, has shepherded the growth of non-fiction programming at both AMC and SundanceTV with shows like Ride with Norman Reedus, the Visionaries docuseries including James Cameron’s Story of Science Fiction, and a move into true crime documentaries on SundanceTV with Cold Blooded: The Clutter Family Murders and the forthcoming Jonestown documentary.

Elsewhere, Ben Davis has been upped to EVP of programming for AMC Studios. He will be the programming head at the studio, continuing to develop content for AMC and SundanceTV, as well as for networks and platforms. Davis previously held the position of SVP of programming for AMC and SundanceTV.

Kristin Jones, previously SVP of international programming for AMC and SundanceTV, is being promoted to EVP of international programming for the two networks. She will continue searching for international copros for the networks and is adding AMC Studio responsibilities to her remit, including finding and developing domestic content for the studio. Under Jones’ direction, the international group is tasked with developing projects for AMC Networks and third parties via AMC Studios.

Susie Fitzgerald, meanwhile, has extended her agreement with the company as EVP for AMC and SundanceTV.

The executives will all report to David Madden, president of programming for AMC, SundanceTV and AMC Studios, who joined the company last year.

Finally, AMC global exec Patrick Connolly, VP of programming and scheduling for AMC/SundanceTV Global, has been lifted to the post of SVP of programming for AMC/SundanceTV Global.

Connolly will now be responsible for acquisitions, global strategy and scheduling of linear and VOD programming, as well as promotion planning and on-air creative for the division. Additionally, he will serve as executive producer of all film festival coverage for SundanceTV Global.

He continues to report to Harold Gronenthal, EVP of programming and operations at AMC Networks International.
