NBCUniversal-owned business channel CNBC is launching a new home renovation show that gives homeowners strapped for cash the chance to turn their properties into thriving short-term rentals.

Cash Pad sees couple JoJo and Jordan helping homeowners in financial need renovate their homes with an eye to creating vacation hot spots to put back on the market as short-term rentals to supplement their incomes.

The eight-part format is produced by Electus, with Chris Grant, Drew Buckley, Tim Puntillo, Craig Plestis and Ming Lee Howell serving as executive producers. Jim Ackerman and Marshall Eisen are the executive producers for CNBC.

Cash Pad premieres July 23 at 10 p.m. ET/PT on CNBC.
