Endeavor Content has struck a deal to purchase Los Angeles-based indie Glassman Media, the producer of the non-scripted series The Wall and Spin the Wheel.

The producer will continue to operate independently. Founder and president Andrew Glassman will remain in his role overseeing the company.

“Andrew has created hit after hit of non-scripted series that have a unique ability to connect with audiences around the world,” said Endeavor Content co-presidents Chris Rice and Graham Taylor in a statement.

Glassman Media created the Fox game show Spin the Wheel, hosted by actor Dax Shepard, in partnership with Justin Timberlake’s Tenman Productions. Previously, the prodco created NBC’s series The Wall (pictured) in partnership with basketball player LeBron James and his company Spring Hill Entertainment.

Other series from Glassman Media include NBC’s Three Wishes, ABC’s Battle of the Network Stars, CMT’s dating franchise Sweet Home Alabama and NBC’s dating series Average Joe.

Endeavor Content’s non-scripted projects include Being Serena and Rihanna’s Savage X Fenty Show.

The company was founded by Glassman in 2001 following his career as an investigative broadcast journalist.
