New York- and Los Angeles-based All3Media America has tapped Kelsey Boxser for the newly-created position of chief people officer, overseeing professional development and recruiting programs, diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.
Reporting to CEO Tim Pastore, Boxser (pictured) will implement best practices for the U.S. arm of global prodco All3Media.
She will introduce internal systems based on a “people first” philosophy, and spearhead career growth and development opportunities such as industry training and mentorship programs.
Boxser has held senior roles in human resources across multiple industries, most recently as director of people and business operations at Pineapple Co, in addition to previous roles at ?What If! Innovation (part of Accenture), Deep Focus, and Young & Rubicam.
She also serves on the advisory board of the Boxser Diversity Initiative, a non-profit that funds programs fostering tolerance and understanding of all groups, no matter their race, religion or gender identity.

All3Media America’s portfolio of production companies is currently comprised of a total of 12 labels, and one premium original content fund, producing a variety of scripted and unscripted content.
