CBS has ordered the family dance competition series Come Dance With Me (w/t), to be executive produced by NCIS: Los Angeles stars LL Cool J (James Todd Smith) and Chris O’Donnell, and produced by CBS Television Studios and 3 Ball Productions.

The series will see young dancers from across the country invite one inspirational — and untrained — family member or other adult who has supported their dance dreams to become their dance partner in hopes of winning a grand prize.

Each week, with the assistance of professional choreographers, the kids will learn and perform challenging routines with their mother, father, grandparent or other personal hero, in competition with other duos.

In addition to Smith and O’Donnell, Come Dance With Me (w/t) is executive produced by Reinout Oerlemans (pictured), Ross Weintraub and Jeff Altrock for 3 Ball, the production company behind such shows as Bar Rescue, Marriage Rescue and Adventure Capitalists, among others.
